Coronavirus disease 19 is currently a global health threat. Viral spread prevention is essential as a feasible intervention strategy. The aim of this study was to determine the level of community knowledge, attitude, and perception towards Covid-19 in Aceh province. An electronic questionnaire was shared with 1,058 participants in the Covid-19 seminars organized by IMANI-PROKAMI Aceh Chapter (Islamic Medical Association and Network of Indonesia - Perhimpunan Profesi Kesehatan Muslim Indonesia), which were held between August 30th to Sept 20th, 2020. The questionnaire collected demographic data as well as data related to knowledge, perception, and attitude towards Covid-19 prevention. BACKGROUND: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a global public health problem and has evolved to become a pandemic crisis around the world, which is caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome, coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). In response to this serious situation, COVID-19 was declared as a public health emergency of international concern by the World Health Organization (WHO) on January 30 and called for collaborative efforts of all countries to prevent the rapid spread of COVID-19.Somaliland reported the territory's first two cases of coronavirus on TuesdayMar 31, 2020. Health officials in the capital, Hargeisa, said samples taken from two individuals-a local man who visited Britain and a Chinese man-had tested positive for COVID-19. METHOD:A cross-sectional online survey was conducted fromMay to July 2020 among 270 Participants University of Hargeisa students using the Google form platform. Considering the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice towards Prevention COVID-19 pandemic situation, we collect data using popular social media networks (i.e., Facebook, WhatsApp). Respondents were in a positive attitude and the survey revealed that 91.9% of participants agree that the Coronavirus disease is dangerous, and 94.4% had more frequent practices such as washing hands often, Avoiding touching the eyes, nose and mouth, throwing the tissues in the trash after use, using masking to cover my nose in crowded places, All of the above regarding COVID-19 prevention. The p value is constant because all students they have adequate knowledge of coronavirus as its pandemic disease. Conclusion: students have adequate knowledge, attitude and Practice (KAP) towards Prevention COVID-19 Outbreak Thus, there is a need for public health educational interventions andalso government awareness programs such as order rules and guidelines tocontrol and prevent of coronavirus.
KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE, AND PRACTICE TOWARD COVID-19: COMMUNITY-BASED CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY

Objective: The novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is a significant global health crisis affecting countries worldwide, including Indonesia. Enhancing the information, attitudes, and practices about COVID-19 prevention among the general community is crucial for preventing the spread of the pandemic. This study aimed to assess the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) regarding COVID-19 and associated factors among the general public in Central Java, Indonesia. Methods: A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted in two districts in Central Java Province from August to September 2020. The research questionnaire inquiries concerned the demographic data, knowledge, attitudes, and practices associated with COVID-19. Descriptive analysis was performed to evaluate demographic data. Bivariable and multivariable logistic regression models were used to determine the factors associated with KAP. Results: A total of 425 participants completed the survey questionnaire. Television and radio are the primary sources of information the public utilizes to acquire information regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. The participants showed a prevalence of 36% for good knowledge, 69% for a positive attitude, and 40.5% for adequate practice. Factors significantly associated with knowledge were gender [p = 0.038], level of education (primary school or below [p = 0.005], junior high school [p =<0.001, high school [p = 0.005]), and government employee [0.001]). Pensioners [p = 0.040], government employees [p = 0.000], and a good level of knowledge [p = 0.000] were significant factors influencing positive attitudes. Meanwhile, good knowledge [p =0.001], positive attitude [p=0.000], and being a housewife [p=0.035] were crucial determinants of practice. Conclusion: This study found that the population's knowledge and practice level are sufficient, but they have a positive attitude. To address this, targeted health education and interventions from healthcare professionals are necessary to improve their understanding.
Knowledge and Practice on Covid-19 among General Public

COVID-19 is associate communicable disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus. It's currently a virulent disease unfold moving several countries globally. The aim of this study is to assess the knowledge and practices of COVID-19 among general public at the selected setting, Chennai. The main objective was to assess the knowledge and practice on COVID-19, correlate the knowledge with practice on COVID-19, and associate the knowledge and practice on COVID-19 with the demographic variables among the public. A Quantitative non-experimental analysis style was used to assess the knowledge and practice of COVID-19. Sixty individuals were chosen through the non-probability convenience sampling technique. The findings of the analysis disclosed that the majority (40%) of the samples had a high level of knowledge and 43.3% of them had a good practice, 33.3% of them had a moderate level of knowledge and 30% of them had moderate practice, whereas 26.7% of them had a low level of knowledge and 26.7% of them had poor practice on COVID 19.

Objectives: This study aims to assess the knowledge, attitude, and practice associated with COVID-19 disease by undertaking a web-based online survey. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted all over India during the initial phase of COVID-19 hit between March 19, 2020, and March 29, 2020. Anyone aged 18 years and above using social media were included in the study. The questionnaire had a section on sociodemography which had questions regarding age, gender, marital status, and occupation. This was followed by questions on knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. The knowledge scores were summarized as median with interquartile range as the data followed a non-normal distribution. Attitude and practice questions were summarized individually as proportions and its association with socio-demographic variables was established using Chi-square test. The statistical significance was set at p<0.05. Results: Occupational groups, marital status, and age group had significant difference between the groups with at least one of the practices with p<0.05. Conclusion: Since the study provides enhancing effect of knowledge toward protective behaviors, the awareness raising activities and health education through mass media and campaigns, this should urgently be conducted focusing on effectiveness of hand washing, cough etiquette, social distancing, and responsibility to inform suspected cases to local health authority to prevent COVID-19.

Objective: This study aimed to assess the level of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) knowledge and attitude among university students. Design: A cross-sectional was conducted to collect the knowledge and attitude of university students about COVID-19. Currently registered undergraduate and postgraduate students from four independent universities in the northern part of Jordan were recruited. Materials and Methods: Online questionnaire was sent to participants during April 2020. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS.
