Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah guru bahasa Arab dalam meningkatkan minat belajar bahasa Arab peserta didik kelas VIII MTs DDI Kanang Polewali Mandar selama Pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian lapangan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang ditinjau dari tempat penelitian. Dalam hal data, ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri yang dibantu pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu diawali dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, kemudian verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data dengan cara menggunakan triangulasi. Pendidikan agama islam adalah suatu usaha untuk membina dan mengasuh perserta didik agar senantiasa dapat memahami ajaran agama islam secara menyeluruh. Pendidikan agama islam tidak lengkap kalau kita tidak belajar mata pelajaran yang sangat penting yaitu bahasa arab. Dengan kita belajar pelajaran bahasa arab kita tidak hanya bisa membaca al-Quran tetapi kita juga bisa menghayati dan membacanya sesuai dengan Makhorijul Huruf. Agar minat belajar siswa dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik, seorang guru membutuhkan metode yang membuat meningkatnya minat belajar siswa khususnya dipelajaran bahasa arab. Salah satu metode yang guru Bahasa arab butuhkan adalah metode Peer Teaching. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Upaya Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa dalam Pelajaran Bahasa Arab Menggunakan Metoder Peer Teaching. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) untuk untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab dengan menggunakan metode Peer Teaching di Madrasah Aliyah Terpadu (MAT) Darul Fallah Ciampea Campus Dua pada tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan model PTK Kemmis dan McTaggart. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan cara perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi kepada siswa-siswi di MAT Darul Fallah Ciampea Campus Dua. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada penerapan metode peer teaching dapat meningkatkan partisipasi serta minat belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran bahasa arab. Dengan metode peer teaching tersebut membuat siswa lebih aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya siswa dalam mengajukan pertanyaan dan menjawab pertanyaan.

This study aims to describe an innovation in Arabic learning especially in Arabic speaking skill by teachers at MAN Pematangsiantar during pandemic era in 2020-2022. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Source of data were Arabic teacher and students grade XI and XII. Data were collected by doing interview and observation, and then analyzed using interactive analysis model. Results showed that during pandemic in 2020-2022, teacher made an innovation in teaching Arabic speaking skill by applying various online media such as e-learning, Whatsapp group, Zoom Cloud Meeting, Google Meet, Google Classroom, and also making instructional video. Islamic Boarding Schools (Pesantren) are integrated educational institutions. Arabic is certainly something that students learn, and its applied in all communication situations in the Islamic boarding school environment. However, the facts in the field state that there are still many students who have difficulty in Arabic, especially in speaking skills. Many students have difficulty implementing Arabic actively at Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, the right strategy is needed so that the language goals can be achieved. This community service scheme is carried out using a training seminar method by providing: (1) Counseling material about the urgency of implementing communicative Arabic in Islamic boarding schools (2) Providing material and enrichment regarding strategies for improving Arabic speaking skills (3) Practical training and guidance implementation of strategies to improve Arabic speaking skills. Impact of the community service that has been carried out is an increase in students' understanding of the urgency of implementing Arabic communication in Islamic boarding schools and mastery of strategies for improving Arabic speaking skills.

Abstrak Pemerolehan kemahiran bertutur bahasa Arab menjadi isu penting dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Tujuan utama pengajaran kemahiran bertutur ialah menjadikan para pelajar cekap bertutur dalam bahasa yang dipelajari. Kecekapan bertutur bahasa Arab pelajar boleh diasah melalui pendekatan pengajaran yang digunakan oleh pensyarah. Kekurangan pendekatan pengajaran yang dapat menjadikan pelajar cekap bertutur dalam bahasa Arab merumitkan lagi keadaan. Oleh itu, Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kecekapan bertutur 21 orang pelajar kursus PPPJ3503 Bahasa Arab Lisan dalam aktiviti role play dan pidato spontan. Dokumen yang dianalisis dalam kajian ini ialah keputusan penilaian akhir semester dan item soal selidik yang berkaitan dengan kecekapan bertutur para pelajar setelah mengikuti kursus ini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat penambahbaikan terhadap kesanggupan bertutur, pengurangan tahap kebimbangan, keyakinan berbahasa, kecekapan bertutur dalam kalangan para pelajar. Kursus PPPJ3503 Bahasa Arab Lisan ini telah berjaya menunjukkan bahawa pendekatan pengajaran berpusatkan pelajar dengan elemen coaching dan mentoring berpotensi untuk diaplikasikan dalam pengajaran kemahiran bertutur bahasa Arab khasnya dan bahasa Arab secara amnya. Selain daripada itu, kajian ini juga mendapati bahawa lebih 85% pelajar menganggarkan bahawa mereka telah mengalami peningkatan dalam kecekapan bertutur bahasa Arab setelah melalui proses pengajaran bahasa Arab lisan dengan menggunakan pendekatan pengajaran berpusatkan pelajar dengan elemen coaching dan mentoring. The purposes of this research were to determine the students's learning strategy of reading skils and to find out the benefits or results of the learning strategies carried out by students. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study design. Sources of data from this research were students of the Arabic Language Education Study program, Faculty of Languages and Literature, Makassar State University from 69 students in the 3rd semester of 2019 who were obtained using saturated samples. The data in this research were the strategies used by students in reading skills learning. The results showed that there were 6 strategies used by students in reading skills learning: 1) Read the text repeatedly and mark important points in the reading text. 2) Listening to Recorded Text. 3) Reading by Listening to Songs. 4) Reading by Watching Videos. 5) Memorizing, the memorization strategy is the easiest strategy for students to learn reading skills. 6) Reading and Translating are the strategies chosen by students by reading sentences, looking for difficult vocabulary, then translating the text. The results of the learning strategy depend on the efforts made by students in learning. The benefits of this strategy have yielded positive results, that's cultivating a habit of reading skills learning that is fun and not boring.
Humanistic Approaches in Learning Arabic to Increase Motivation of Students' Learning

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the humanistic approach in learning Arabic and to determine its effect on increasing student learning motivation. The applied humanistic approach adopts the principles of Gestalt theory. i.e. humanistic teachers believe that students will be motivated to study teaching materials if they are related to their needs and wants; educational goals should encourage students' desire to learn; humanistic educators believe that grades are irrelevant and only self-evaluation is meaningful; do not separate cognitive and affective domains; and learn without threat. The results show that the implementation of the humanistic approach in Arabic language learning is in accordance with the principles of Gestalt. The implementation of the humanistic approach in Arabic language learning is also able to increase students' learning motivation. This can be seen from the statistical significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 between the pre-test and posttest results which means there is a significant difference. These results can be concluded that through the implementation of the humanistic approach in learning Arabic can increase student learning motivation. So that the alternative hypothesis which states that the implementation of a humanistic approach in learning Arabic can increase the learning motivation of students in class X IPA 1 is proven or accepted.

The Covid 19 emergency outbreak was imposed by the Indonesian government, and the minister of education launched a study from home since March 2020. Learning is done online / in accordance with government regulations to break the spread of the epidemic. In general, low-grade MI children still have problems recognizing Arabic letters. This study describes the teaching of Arabic for elementary schools / MI, with research subjects in the class 3A MIN 3 Janti, Ponorogo-Indonesia totaling 24 students, and Arabic language teaching teachers. Pembelajaran Kursus Bahasa Arab pada Era Pandemi Covid-19

This study aims to identify planning, strategies, problems and solutions for learning Arabic courses in the Covid-19 pandemic era at the Language Center of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method in the form of a case study. Learning planning with online-based curriculum adaptation, such as the use of Whatsapp, Zoom and Youtube, giving structured assignments online, periodic orientation activities, and evaluations. Learning strategies use social media for students to do assignments, upload assignment videos to youtube, contact via whatsapp media by asking learning assignments given by the instructor, and provide educational games. Learning problems such as limited internet network, difficulty in objectivity of emotional and psychological assessments, difficulty sharing time with students, lack of motivation to learn, and scores that are still below the standard set by the instructor. The solution includes 2 main aspects, namely media technical and learning motivation. Media technicians should prepare adequate internet, monitor and supervise the use of media by the IT team, and develop more detailed standard operating procedures related to the use of learning media and media feasibility trials. Learning motivation should be in the form of more varied assignments using social media favored by students, uploading assignment content to Youtube, and providing special assistance for students who do not need assistance.
