Doing Business measures the regulatory aspects of business, affecting small domestic companies located in the largest business cities of 190 economies and covering 11-second city economies. The purpose of this research is to understand the obstacles faced by the Indonesian government in the field of exports and investment related to the ease of doing business. ABSTRACTThis study aims to explore macroeconomic factors that affect non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia. The research data are non-oil and gas export data, Gross Domestic Product, inflation, US dollar exchange rate, foreign direct investment in the 2010-2019 period published by Bank Indonesia statistics. The research method uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis with the Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF) stationary test, Johansen's cointegration test, Granger causality test, Error Correction Model. The results showed there was a cointegration relationship between all dependent and independent variables, a direct relationship with the US dollar exchange rate and inflation on Gross Domestic Product, Gross Domestic Product on exports. In the short term Gross Domestic Product, inflation, exchange rates, and foreign direct investment have no significant effect on non-oil and gas exports. Ekspor adalah proses transportasi barang atau komoditas dari suatu negara ke negara lain secara legal, umumnya dalam proses perdagangan. Ekspor dibagi menjadi ekspor langsung dan tidak langsung. Indonesia memiliki sekitar 50 komoditi ekspor nonmigas. Diantaranya kain, sepatu, pupuk, karet, dsb. Impor adalah proses transportasi barang atau komoditas dari suatu negara ke negara lain secara legal, umumnya dalam proses perdagangan. Indonesia menurut BPS mengimpor barang dari sekitar 50 negara dengan masing-masing 50 komoditi nonmigas, diantaranya gandum, pesawat mekanik, kapas, obat kimia dsb.

Economic growth is a matter of the economy in the long term and is influenced by various factors. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the agricultural export, industrial export, mining export, import of capital goods, government spending and gross fixed capital formation to economic growth of Indonesia. The analytical method used was Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) with Cochrane-Orcutt method. This study uses secondary data quarterly time series from 2000 Q1 to 2016 Q1 which is obtained from the Ministry of Trade, the Central Bureau of Statistics, Bank Indonesia and the Capital Investment Coordinating Board. The results showed that on the first model to see the effect of the aggregate exports on economic growth show that imports of capital goods have a significant influence in the short term to economic growth. While in the long term, the variables that have a significant impact on economic growth is GFCF. While the second model to see the role of exports by sector to economic growth getting results that exports in the industrial sector has a significant influence both in the short-term and long-term to economic growth. It concluded that outward looking policies has an effective impact to be applied in Indonesia if the Government to develop exports in the industrial sector.

Increased export opportunities required optimal effort and efficient through Business Intelligence is an activity the ability to understand and understand a reciprocal relationship between the facts presented a basis in acting to achieve goals. The government with its means and authorities is expected to improve export markets, reduce information barriers and streamline the role of trade. Perdagangan Bebas Regional Dan Daya Saing Ekspor: Kasus Indonesia

has involved in quite many regional trade agreements, since more than a decade ago. Theoritically, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) are very beneficial to the countries, as resources are more efficiently allocated due to production specialization. However, presence of asymmetric information, market inefficiency, and economic distortion in the real world have led to a deviation of FTAs benefits from its theoritical framework. This paper studies whether Indonesian export competitiveness is improving after Indonesia involves in ASEAN Free Trade Agreement (AFTA) and ASEAN-Cina Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA). Export competitiveness are measured by some trade indicators, such as: trade intensity index, market share, export product dynamics, and RCA, for some Indonesian main export products. The indices are compared across ASEAN countries and Cina to reveal: (i) which products are gaining or losing competitiveness in ASEAN and Cina markets; and (ii) which countries are becoming Indonesian main competitors in ASEAN and Cina markets. Additionally, this paper ends up with some policy recommendations that Indonesia should undertake to improve competitiveness of its products in ASEAN and Cina markets.

AbstrakSalah satu komoditas yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja ekspor Indonesia sebagai negara agraris adalah lada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pasar potensial untuk ekspor lada yang bisa dikembangkan, serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ekspor komoditas lada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RCA, EPD, X-Model, dan Gravity Model. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan model RCA, EPD, dan X-model menunjukkan bahwa ‘pasar optimis’ untuk dikembangkan adalah Belanda. Sedangkan ‘pasar potensial’ untuk dikembangkan adalah Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea Selatan, Rusia, Prancis, Belgia, Jerman, dan Amerika Serikat. Sementara itu hasil analisis dengan menggunakan model Gravity menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ekspor adalah domestik bruto per kapita, populasi, harga ekspor, jarak ekonomi dan tarif. Ekspor merupakan salah satu faktor terjadinya peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara, sejalan dengan hipotesis export-led growth (ELG). Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan ekspor dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia periode kuartal I 2001 sampai dengan kuartal IV 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dalam menggambarkan perkembangan pertumbuhan ekonomi serta ekspor dan analisis kuantitatif metode Error Correction Model (ECM) dalam menganalisis efek jangka panjang dan jangka pendek dari ekspor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pada periode penelitian, data yang ada menunjukkan bahwa ekspor dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia sama-sama mengalami peningkatan. Hasil regresi ECM menunjukkan bahwa ekspor memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, yang mendukung hipotesis bahwa ELG berlaku untuk Indonesia.
