Investigating the Effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Psychological Capital on the Performance
The paper aims to explore the effects of entrepreneurial orientation (defined as innovativeness, risk-taking, aggressive competitiveness, proactiveness, autonomy) and psychological capital (defined as optimism, hope, self-efficacy and resilience) on the performance the private insurance companies. Therefore, Qom's Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting headquarters has been selected as the statistical population in which the research standardized questionnaire was distributed among its experts and managers to measure entrepreneurial orientation, psychological capital and organizational performance. The obtained data were evaluated using the SPSS software. The results suggest that entrepreneurial orientation and psychological capital exist only at a medium level in the said organization. The improvement of psychological capital will directly influence entrepreneurial orientation and thus indirectly improving the performance. The entrepreneurial orientation also directly improves the performance. Moreover, the aspect of autonomy from the entrepreneurial orientation and the aspect of hope from the psychological capital are in a lower state, comparatively.

The number of businesses that are included in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) is currently increasing. That means currently many entrepreneurs are more daring to open new businesses. This is also strengthened by the many collaborations between countries to improve business performance related to the scale of the business. For this reason, the state should be able to prepare its best efforts to create new entrepreneurs. A lot of researches has been performed to determine what factors contribute in increasing interest in becoming an entrepreneur. This research will discuss the attributes of support and organization. This research is a conceptual study that will provide detailed information and examples related to the selected variables; support and organization. Entrepreneurial Behaviours: The Influence of Personal and Organizational Characteristics
Nowadays, in organizations, entrepreneurial behavior and performance can't be neglected. Supporting entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial performance is essential at all hierarchal stages for increasing competitive advantages and progress. Emotional Intelligence, job autonomy, perceived organizational support plays an essential role to improve the business performance and entrepreneurial behavior. The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurial performance also examine the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Behavior by considering the mediating role of creativity and also to examine the impact of Emotional Intelligence Job Autonomy, Perceived Organizational Support on Entrepreneurial Behavior by considering the moderating role of Organizational Commitment. This study is deductive in nature. Survey questionnaire scheme was used and data have been collected from 204 respondents by applying simple random sampling technique. After apply desirable tests on AMOS and SPSS, findings declared that Emotional Intelligence, Job Autonomy and Perceived Organizational support have positive and significant impact on Entrepreneurial behavior. Conclusions also states that Emotional Intelligence has positive and significant impact on Entrepreneurial performance. However result also informed that Creativity significantly and partially mediates the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Entrepreneurial Behavior. It also examine that Organizational Commitment significantly and positively moderates the connection among Emotional Intelligence, Job Autonomy, Perceived Organizational Support and Entrepreneurial Behavior.

This research try to find some variables that influence entrepreneurial mental attitude at government of Serdang Bedagai Regency. independent variable which considered in this research is hierarchy, formalizes, trust, mission, ethics and regulation barriers level. Those independent variables will be able to improve society satisfaction, reducÂtion of level of bureaucracy and improvement of risking tendency. The data of this research collected from organization chart of Serdang Bedagai Regency. Amount of 68 responders participated in this research. Hereinafter this data processed by using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that formalizes, trust, mission, ethics and regulation barriers level have an effect significantly toward society satisfaction and also bureaucracy. Environmental factors play a major role in entrepreneurial activities. The present research aims to detect and ana-lyze the relationships and evaluate the extent to which environmental factors affect entrepreneurial success via fuzzy DEMATEL method; for this, nine dimensions were detected via review of theoretical literature for environ-mental factors. Then, how is the relationship between factors and effect of factors on each other were specified via fuzzy DEMATEL method, through design of questionnaire and use of point of view of eights members among experts including successful entrepreneurs and professors who were well-informed of the subject of research. Results of research indicated that among the effective environmental factors in entrepreneurial success, the fac-tor "role of government policies in entrepreneurial activities" is the most effective factor and the factor "involve-ment by skilled entrepreneurs" is the factor which has been influenced to the highest extent. Further, the factor "direct support by government from entrepreneurship" is the most important factor in entrepreneurial success.
Exploring Resources and Capabilities factors among Entrepreneurial Ventures using DEMATEL Approach

Resources and capabilities remain one of the most important factors that influence firms, more especially entrepreneurial ventures, to improve their competitiveness and achieve competitive advantage. In this context, present paper explores how entrepreneurial ventures and small businesses can better identify and distinguish the cause-and-effect relationship amongst resource and capability factors. Resource and capability factors among entrepreneurial ventures were classified into three dimensions and fourteen criteria after a review of the literature. The study applied the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) model to identify and describe the cause-and-effect relationship amongst resource and capability factors. The findings reveal that in prioritizing the importance of criteria and cause-and-effect relationship among criteria under the three core dimensions, firm climate, managerial competence, market knowledge and technological capabilities and equipment were the most critical criteria. Furthermore, the result has shown that firm climate is the most significant criterion in the adjustment of resource and capability factors of entrepreneurial ventures. Therefore, promoting a supportive and conducive firm climate among entrepreneurial ventures can enhance other resources and capabilities factors which, in turn, will improve the overall performance of entrepreneurial ventures and small businesses. Developed and developing nations have long recognized that entrepreneurial ventures and small businesses play a pivotal role in accelerating socioeconomic development. However, the strategic tasks facing entrepreneurial ventures of all shapes and sizes have been how they can survive, gain and sustain competitive advantage with their limited set of distinctive resources and capabilities. Studying Effective Factors on Corporate Entrepreneurship: Representing a Model

Development and advancement of current organizations depends on Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) and its anticipants considerably. Therefore purpose of conducting this survey is to study effective factors on corporate entrepreneurship (personal characteristics of entrepreneurship, human resource practices, organizational culture and employees' satisfaction). This survey was conducted using descriptive-field methodology. Statistical population included managers and experts of Hexa Consulting Engineers Company (Tehran/Iran) and the sample consisted of forty seven of them. Questionnaire was tool of data collection. Data was collected in cross-sectional form in July-August 2011. Descriptive and inferential (spearman correlation) statistics methods were used for data analysis. According to results, there is a positive significant relationship among all factors (personal characteristics of entrepreneurship, human resource practices, organizational culture and employees' satisfaction) and corporate entrepreneurship. In other words, the proposed variables as effective factors on corporate entrepreneurship were confirmed in conceptual model of survey.
The influence of organization on corporate entrepreneurial behavior

The aim of the research is to investigate the factors influencing entrepreneurial behavior of individuals within a corporation. We define entrepreneurial behavior as "discovery, evaluation and exploitation of opportunities in order to create future goods and services". Corporate entrepreneurial behavior, in its turn, is subject to a number of constraints and opportunities imposed by the organization. Our main hypothesis is that the strategic orientation of the company as reflected by core beliefs and behavioral patterns of top-management, should have a strong impact on employees' entrepreneurial intentions. We map the theoretical field and discuss the potential methodology of analysis. Modeling entrepreneurial decision-making process using concepts from fuzzy set theory
Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial culture are receiving an increased amount of attention in both academic research and practice. The different fields of study have focused on the analysis of the characteristics of potential entrepreneurs and the firm-creation process. In this paper, we develop and test an economic-psychological model of factors that influence individuals' intentions to go into business. We introduce a new measure of entrepreneurial intention based on the logic fuzzy techniques. From a practical point of view, this theory offers a natural approach to the resolution of multidimensional and complex problems when the available information is sparse and/or of poor quality. As an illustration, the model is estimated using a data provided by the National Tunisian Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) 2010 Project, based on the analysis of a sample of 799 cases. A simulation study of the model suggests that entrepreneurial intention is related to a composite of some demographic, competencies, networks and perception factors. This is an important area of concern in entrepreneurship intention which improves our knowledge about the degree to which the individual holds a positive or negative personal valuation about being an entrepreneur. The modeling insights may also be valuable as input to the design of entrepreneurship curricula.
