The Impact of Organizational Structure on the Effectiveness of Communication from the Perspective of Employees in the Department of Education

The aim of the present research investigates the relation between organizational structure and effectiveness of communication. The research methodology is survey and correlative. All employees of Marivan education department were chosen as the statistical population that 92 persons of them were chosen through Sampling Morgan Table. The questionnaire was used to collect data. Experts' view and Cronbach's alpha was used for the validity and reliability of the inventory. Research data were analyzed by SPSS17 and LISREL 8.50 Software's. Statistical methods of Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. The research results showed that organizational structure has a direct and positive relationship with ineffective communication. The Communication and Its Influence on the Effectiveness of the Organization

In its universalization of the work of management, communication presents an unquestionable importance and an issue, in which managers are focused and engaged in a continuous process of improvement.Communication appears with a key role towards organizational cultures. An effective interpersonal communication, is accompanying by a better collective action, especially in terms of achieving the organizational goals. In synchronous and complementarily with the execution of the strategy, such as organizational culture, it is in full support of achieving the organization's objectives, specifically influencing in the effectiveness of the organization. Also communication is seen in continuity, as a key component in the execution of strategy. Focusing on the active interconnection that communication has with the organizational culture and organizational strategy execution, accompanied with relevant improvements in communication, the incentives leading to an improvement, organization effectiveness.

Theoretical and applicative dimensions regarding communication management

Any analysis and intervention approach on communication management starts from the identification of the main aspects of communication, the scientific transformation of concepts and theoretical principles. The research aims, mainly, at identifying formal and informal aspects of the communication in the organization, in order to identify its most important elements of communication management.

ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION PROCESS

Managers spend majority of their time communicating in several forms: meeting, face-to –face discussion , letters, emails etc. Also more and more employees realize that communication is a very important part of their work because a lot of their work activities are based on teamwork among workers in different functional groups. This is the reason why communication has become more important in companies. The experience shows that there are significant differences in manners of communication and that it appears to be a very important factor which makes some organizations more successful than others. Communication is the most important for managers because research shows that the spent long period in work time in communication.

Organizational Communication: An Analysis of the Main Perspectives, Main Concepts and Future Directions of the Field

Öz Örgütsel iletişim alanının kapsamı ve bu alanı ilgili displinlerden ayıracak içerik, teori, yöntem, ve uygulamalar üzerine akademik tartışmalar 1980'li yıllardan beri devam etmektedir. Bu tartışmalar, örgütsel iletişim alanının derinlemesine anlaşılması, sınırlarının belirlenmesi ve diğer disiplinlerden ayrılan özelliklerinin anlaşılması noktasında hayati öneme sahiptir. Bu temel tartışmalardan hareketle, bu makale örgütsel iletişim alanının tarihçesini, sınırlarını, alandaki temel teorik yaklaşımları (işlevsel, yorumlayıcı, eleştirel), 'organizasyon, iletişim, kültür, ve kontrol' gibi alanda önemli kavramların bu farklı yaklaşımlar içerisinde sunumunu incelemektedir. Ayrıca, literatürdeki boşlukları ve alanın gelecek yönelimleri de bu makale içinde tartışılmaktadır. Bu konuları tartışarak, bu makale örgütsel iletişim alanını bütünsel bir şekilde sunmayı ve bu alanda çalışan akademisyenler için temel bir referans olmayı amaçlamıştır. Abstract There is a scholarly debate since the 1980s regarding the content, theory, methodology and applications that define the scope of organizational communication and separate it from other related disciplines. This debate is critical in the sense that it enables to identity organizational communication in a rich manner and helps us define the scope of the field and its unique characteristics. Based on this debate, this article provided the history and scope of the field, analysis of the major theoretical perspectives in the field (functional, interpretive, and critical), conceptualization of the most critical concepts (organization, communication, culture, voice/control) in these theoretical perspectives. Current gaps and future directions of the field are also discussed in this article. By discussing these topics, this article aimed to provide a holistic view of organizational communication and become a basic reference for scholars in this field.

Research on How an Effective Communicational Behaviour Accomplishes Organisational Objectives in Private Business Organisations (With Special Reference to Thrissur District)

The process of sharing knowledge and common understanding from one person to another is known as communication. Communication is essential in the workplace for developing and sustaining good working relationships. Ever since the pandemic situation has a arrived it has a greater impact on each and every sequence of a business organization so according to that certain variations can be identified in the communication style of an organization so keeping that in mind the ways to improve the effectiveness in communication along with identifying the barriers of the same and suggesting possible and reliable solution for better communication network is discussed in this study to improve communication efficacy. This study is conducted on the basis of 50 responses collected through online survey method and in person method along with some percentage of secondary sources of data collection. Factor analysis, Chi-square and ANOVA are used to analyses and interpret the data.
