The purpose of this is IBM teachers willing and able to make TOD, enyusun scientific orticle research results to develop professionalism and to establish a sound scientific mindset to support the quality oJ'education. The method used to achieve this goal is by training more demonstrations, discussion and practice as well as mentoring. Training materials are presented with a lot morepractice thantheory, with the ratio of 30%theory and 70'%practice. The result oJ' this devotian is ta improve the quality and quantity of the work of the *-ork oJ'professional development in theJbrm of reporting of the results of action research and scientific articles are given on the first day o/'training. On the second day of the workshop participants increased devotion to doing the work of teacher proJbssional development. For teachers who have conducted action research, activity dilakukanan is preparing a report in theJbrmut contained in the article .for a scientific.journal. Efektivitas Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Untuk Guru

The main problem in this article is how effective of continuity professional development (CPD) implementation for teachers. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach in Demak District Central Java Province. Demak Regency is a district that implemented the CPD seriously so that containing Regents Regulation, RPJMD, and Strategic Planning of Education Office. Data collection using interviews and documentation. Research result showed that CPD implementation have been running effectively. Three indicators found: regulations governing CPD implementation, details of the CPD programs and activities, and controlling of CPD regulation with programs and activities. The CPD implementation in Demak District can be implemented in forms: structured training activities, workshops, seminars, others scientific meeting; mentoring for teacher and headmaster conducted by facilitators; activities at professional learning community; and induction program or internship of beginner to advance. In order to make implementation of CPD more effectively so needs regulatory refinements.

Kepala madrasah sebagai pengelola institusi atau pelembagaan pendidikan tentu saja mempunyai peran yang teramat penting karena ia sebagai desainer, pengorganisasian, pelaksana, pengelola tenaga kependidikan, pengawas, pengevaluasi program pendidikan dan pengajaran di lembaga yang dipimpinnya.

Evaluasi Implementasi Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) Guru Pjok SMP Dalam Meningkatkan Keprofesian

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendekripsikan pelaksanaan program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) bagi guru-guru PJOK tingkat SMP di kota Tebing Tinggi dengan menggunakan metode deskritif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 15 orang guru-guru PJOK yang memiliki sertifikat pendidik, 7 orang Kepala Sekolah dan 1 orang Pengawas dinas pendidikan bidang penjasorkes. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Selanjutnya data diolah dengan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, display data, menafsirkan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Dari penelitian ini yang menggunakan model CIPP (context, input, process, product) menunjukan bahwa; 1) pelaksanaan program PKB di kota Tebing Tinggi terlaksana melalui perintah secara pesan lisan oleh Kepala Sekolah kepada guru PJOK mengenai pengaktifan MGMP, 2) belum adanya perencanaan dan sumber daya yang digunakan dalam kegiatan program PKB sehingga pelaksanaannya ...

Pengembangan Profesionalisme Guru Madrasah dengan Penguatan Konsep Khalifah

Research on teacher professionalism has been extensively studied by other researchers, but giving the concept of the caliph to the solution of its development has not yet been found. This study aims to explore the professionalism development of Madrasah Aliyah teachers by strengthening the concept of the caliph. This type of research is quantitative with ex post facto approach. I set 320 male and female teachers in public and private madrasas in 12 districts / cities in one of the provinces in Indonesia as a research sample. The questionnaire was used to measure the concept of the caliphate and the professionalism of madrasa teachers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANNOVA, and simple linear regression. The results showed that the promotion of the concept of the khalifah teacher was at a high stage, while professionalism was at a low stage. Teacher competency enhancement must be carried out by the head of the madrasah continuously so that teacher competency always increases and the teacher becomes a great and qualified teacher. The objectives of this study include; 1) Describe the headmaster's efforts in improving the competence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Maarif 02 Singosari teachers. 2) Description of the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the head of the madrasah in enhancing the competence of teachers of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Maarif 02 Singosari. To achieve the above objectives, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The location of this study was conducted at MI Al-Maarif 02 Singosari Malang. The informants in this study were the head of the madrasa and the class teacher. The technique of collecting data uses interviews and documentation. To analyze the author's data using qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study are: 1) the head of the madrasa conducts an effort that is formally done namely by Rutinan Meetings, includes training, teacher training and seminars, inter-teacher / KKG group studies, supervision and class visits and Conducting Assessments, while non-formal activities are by familiarizing discipline and always providing motivation with the aim of increasing the teacher's insight, providing opportunities for teachers to improve the spirit of discipline and teacher skills,2) Supporting factors affecting the madrasah head in increasing teacher competency are the fulfillment of madrasah infrastructure that is fulfilled, enthusiastic and enthusiastic about the teachers participating in the training, and the support of the foundation while the inhibiting factors faced by the madrasa principals are; the head of the madrasa itself and the teacher who is not in the madrasa.

Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Guru untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan

The purpose of this study to find out (1) the steps of continuous professional development (CPD) of teachers, (2) the methods and techniques of CPD, (3) the models of CPD, (4) thefinancing of CPD, and (5) the constraints of CPD. The research approach is qualitative while the type is phenomenological. The study was conducted in Demak Regency in 2019. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research step follows the Miles and Huberman model. Analysis of data using qualitative research software NVivo 11 Plus. The results showed (1) the steps of CPD consist of need assessment, implementation, and evaluation, (2) the most widely used methods were education and training, lectures, simulations, discussions, and behavior modeling, (3) the models most widely used professional learning groups, (4) the biggest funding source from the personal of teachers and local government, and (5) the main constraints are in terms of time, funding, lack of programmability, and lack of assistance. The intensive CPD implementation has succeeded in improving the quality of education in Demak District. In order for CPD to improve more quality of education, it is suggested that several things (1) CPD steps need to be improved starting from the measurement of teacher needs to evaluation, (2) the methods, techniques, and models that are still rarely used should be tried to apply, (3) it needs to explore funding from the public, (4) minimize the main obstacles that arised, and (5) the need of operational policy from District Education Office of Demak.

HUBUNGAN SUPERVISI KEPALA MADRASAH DAN PROFESIONALISME GURU

Abstrak: Peranan Supervisi Dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru studi kasus di Madrasah Aliyah Mutmainah Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor. Pada umumnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme beserta keadaan profesionalisme guru dan peranan pelaksanaan supervisi dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MA Mutmainah Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor. supervisi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam pembinaan berupa bimbingan atau tuntunan kearah perbaikan situasi pendidikan dan merupakan tugas, tanggung jawab kepada madrasah dan para guru yang sehari-hari berhubungan langsung dengan situasi belajar mengajar. Guru merupakan ujung tombak dalam proses belajar mengajar karena guru yang berinteraksi langsung dengan siswa di dalam kelas dan guru yang memegang peran yang sangat penting dalam membantu siswa mengerti dan paham mengenai mata pelajaran yang diajarkan karna sebab itu sehingga penulis tertarik untuk melaksanakan penelitian supervisi dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MA Mutmainah Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor yang lebih lanjut.
