During pandemics, regular service provisioning processes in medical care may be disrupted. Digital health promises many opportunities for service provisioning during a pandemic. However, a broad penetration of medical processes with information technology also has drawbacks. Within this work, the authors use the COVID-19 pandemic to analyze the chances and the risks that may come with using digital health solutions for medical care during a pandemic. Therefore, a multi-methods approach is used. First we use a systematic literature review for reviewing the state of the art of digital health applications in healthcare. Furthermore, the usage of digital health applications is mapped to the different processes in care delivery. Here we provide an exemplary process model of oncological care delivery. To prevent COVID-19 from spreading, our physical worlds in response, our virtual lives have come alive in an array of riches as we attempt to replace our physical realities with virtual tools that create a digital transformation of our social interactions and daily lives. If there's one technology that's been able to shine a brightness amidst office closures, quarantines, social isolation, and anxiety, it's cloud computing. Internet of thing is envisions a future within which anything/anyone/any service are often linked by means of appropriate information and communication technologies which can bring industrial revolution within the field of domestics, smart homes, health care systems, goods monitoring and logistics. The net of Things (IOT) might be a framework which is said to figuring gadgets, mechanical, computerized machines, items, creatures or individuals and having the ability to move information. This paper presents the appliance of IOT and addresses some essential parameters and characteristics of every of the applications of IOT. This paper concentrate on explored the role of IOT in health supplying and its technological aspects that make it a reality and examine the opportunities. This paper describes an analysis and shows its use in analysing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (risks) within the health care system.The aim is further more to show strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats when using cloud computing in the health care system. Cloud computing in medicine is an integral part of telemedicine. Based on the information presented in this paper, employees may identify the advantages and disadvantages of using cloud computing. When introducing new information technologies in the health care business the implementers will encounter numerous problems, such as: the complexity of the existing and the new information system, the costs of maintaining and updating the software, the cost of implementing new modules,a way of protecting the existing data in the database and the data that will be collected in the diagnosis. Using the SWOT analysis this paper evaluates the feasibility and possibility of adopting cloud computing in the health sector to improve health services based on samples (examples) from abroad. The intent of cloud computing in medicine is to send data of the patient to the doctor instead of the patient sending it himself/herself.

At the time of writing this study, the COVID-19 virus continues to spread through its multiple mutants, the latest of which is (Omicron). Therefore, it was necessary to use effective and unconventional treatments to reduce the spread of this virus and to deliver health care to its infected without the need to be exposed to the risk of infection. This research paper presents valuable solutions for communicating with COVID-19 patients through the use of information technology applications. This method contributes to reducing the consumption of medical resources, reducing contact with patients, and helping with social distancing, which contributes to reducing the spread of this virus. The process of using information technology means to provide medical advice and treatment to patients by telemedicine doctors has been clarified. More importantly, the results of this study presented the factors affecting the use of these applications in terms of social, technological, and organizational.

The recent coronavirus-19 pandemic has highlighted the need for a global digitally enabled healthcare advancement infrastructure to ease e-coverage in the future and reduce human losses, facilitating access to high-quality and cost-effective health solutions. As the concept of a virtual healthcare system is still premature, it would have required noteworthy speculation in technologies and an overhaul of most of the current classical healthcare infrastructure, policies, and systems around the globe. Aims and objectives: This study aims to create a viable autonomous virtual universal health care system to modify the comfort of health care through emerging digital and communication innovations to fulfil consumer needs. Methodology: This study falls under the fact-finding category, which encompasses an exploratory approach with literature examination, limited field visits with informal interviews with local key authorities, and an initial assessment of current circumstances to examine the possibility of application of virtual health coverage. Findings: This study discovered that it is imperative to organize and develop the prospected healthcare system at the country level to be governed by international organizations as speculatively it is functioning in comparative improved healthcare systems across the world, which should be based on special processing of the prospected six types of data with their operationalization to serve multidisciplinary bunches by e-governance and exchanges between distinctive measurements. It requires more dependence on digital infrastructure and learning materials through electronic resources and ordinary techniques. Among other effective components for the development of virtual health coverage, are the applications of digital technology, the middle utility of voice and brief advising framework, complex functionalities, and applications of fifth generations (5Gs) arranged into universal servers attached to GPS-appropriate for sound choice and high-quality measures. COVID -19 Gateway for ICT Integration; The case of St. Dominic Hospital, Akwatia

The application of Information and Communication Technology during these times of Covid-19 has been phenomenal. For example, the number of people who use zoom, an ICT application, during this time of covid-19 has increased by over 1000%. This study examines the extent to which ICT integration at St. Dominic Hospital would be necessary to provide quality care to patients without compromising the expectation of the latter. Descriptive analysis of data is employed to analyze (n=78) staff. 64% of respondents will not visit the hospital during this time for fear of contracting the infection of SARS-Cov-2, although 41% will still prefer face-to-face interaction with a prescriber than interaction over the internet. The study utilizing time series analysis demonstrates an increase of 4.7% in admission rate without integration of ICT with OPD visits seeing a downward trend. Nonetheless, 58% of respondents share the view that ICT integration is needful during this time of Corona Virus.

This article aimed to develop a mobile application for the management of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). We analyzed the pilot version with satisfaction through a survey and an interview with health workers from Sidi Said, a local hospital located in Mekn es, Morocco, which receives patients suffering from COVID-19. Methods: We have formed a team effort that involves health professionals, specialists from various fields and who participated in the design process of this project. It is a review of the existing literature and interviews with health professionals seeking to trace all the functions of this application. The user interface graphics, whether at the hospital or patient application level, were reviewed for effective usability by a multidisciplinary team. After having had to develop the pilot version of the application, the usefulness and the gratitude of the application were evaluated by eight patients and carers by means of a utility test, based on a real scenario, a utility survey. The objective is to ensure communication between the mobile application and the decision support application at the emergency services level to facilitate the detection of people who had developed COVID-19 as well as follow-up at home for detected patients. Results: The COVID-19 mobile management application provides capture functions and can afford information that helps in the prescription of appropriate drugs to patients at home. It is used to identify people who have been in contact with people who have tested positive for COVID-19, to carry out a large-scale screening by sending alert messages to these people, and to follow up via geolocation. There is also the possibility via Bluetooth, for the monitoring of patients without the activation of the Geolocation option. The approach adopted aims to reduce congestion in hospitals by identifying people suffering from respiratory illnesses or who may be contaminated, and monitoring them remotely. We offered six functions to achieve the objective of this project. Main: Respiratory crisis journal, medication recall, appointment, survey of people contacted, personal equipment and dashboard, daily traceability and monitoring, and geolocation. We have integrated the application of the electronic healthcare registration system in hospitals. To simplify usability, the frequently used functions, which are relatively important, can be found on the main page under the heading "COVID-19 monitoring" (in French: COVID-19 monitoring), and "Medication log" (in French: Journal medication). In addition, during graphic design, art therapy was used to improve the psychological stability of the patient. Eight participants were employed for the evaluation. For scenario-based tasks, out of ten tasks, all participants can record the entries in detail. The system use scale score was ß IEEE 2020. Conclusion: This article confirmed that patients were satisfied with the follow-up at home and with the caregivers of the hospital. In addition, this made it possible to accurately record their symptoms and, therefore, facilitated an early detection of COVID-19. This was very useful for analyzing crisis trends, responding to a broader detection, avoiding contamination within the same family and provide effective support for COVID-19 positive patients at home. Through integration with the electronic health record, patient health care information can be used by health care decision-makers to manage treatment plans and support medical interventions. Currently, all patients who have been followed remotely are cured. We intend to generalize this concept for the monitoring of other diseases than COVID-19 later.

Telemedicine and eHealth refer to the use of information and communication technology (ICT) embedded in software programs with highspeed telecommunications systems for delivery, management, and monitoring of healthcare services. Application of telemedicine have become timely while providing great potentials to protect both medical practitioners and patients, as well as limit social mobility of patients contributing to reduce the spread of the virus. This study employs data from the existing literature to describe the application of telemedicine and eHealth as a proactive measure to improve clinical care. Findings from this study present the significance of telemedicine and current applications adopted during the pandemic. More importantly, the findings present practical application of telemedicine and eHealth for clinical services. Also, polices initiated across the world to promote management of COVID-19 are discussed. Respectively, this study suggests that telemedicine and eHealth can be adopted in times of health emergency, as a convenient, safe, scalable, effective, and green method of providing clinical care.
