Concrete is the extensively used material in the construction industry and there are two main types of concrete. Those are the insitu concrete and precast concrete. In this paper researcher analysis, the factors affecting the cost-effectiveness of using precast concrete wall panels over the block wall construction in Sri Lanka. Here the researcher mainly focuses on the main cost-effectiveness factors of construction of the wall in Sri Lankan construction industry. The main aim of this exploration is to deliver an impression of the growth and submission of Preformed concrete wall panel system in Sri Lanka. Other aims are to evaluate the advantages, disadvantages, and performance of precast concrete wall panels. And identify the limitations and cost effectiveness of the precast concrete wall panels in Sri Lankan Construction industry. In here researcher is going to used semi structured questioners as the main data collection methodology. A researcher is going to be analyzing collected data by using the software. Also, the researcher is planned to compare the precast concrete wall and block wall by calculations. Finally, the researcher is premeditated to conclude by highlighting the comparison of the precast concrete wall panel over the block wall by using charts and mathematical calculations.
