Although the Bowery Boys are clean, upstanding citizens, not all of their friends are. Jimmie, cousin of Slip Mahoney, is an ex-con trying to go straight who gets drawn into a car-theft racket that's run out of a local pool hall owned by mobster Tony Lucarno. When Slip gets arrested for one of Jimmie's robberies, Sach and the rest of the Bowery Boys cook up a scheme to put Lucarno away while clearing their friend's name.
