2005�s �Lord of War� offered a study of global arms dealing, but it delivered a powerful title sequence that followed the life of a bullet from its factory creation to its final destination, exchanging hands at multiple stops on the journey. It was a flashy presentation of the film�s theme, but effective. �Ballistic� covers some of the same ground, only writer/director Chad Faust is going the gut-rot route with the endeavor, following the agony of a mother who�s lost her son to a bullet created where she works.
