�Chapter 51� is a film about filmmaking, using all kinds of cinematic formats, and it�s structured like a television documentary. Confusion runs throughout the offering, as writer/director/actor/cinematographer Tyler Shields (2015�s �Final Girl�) is out to make a study of madness surrounding the creation of �Dissident,� which is meant to be the biggest film of all time.
