The mysterious Lee Fong (Edmund Breese) covets a rare jeweled dagger from China. He sends American Ralph Bonner (Frank Mayo) to Shanghai to retrieve it, but, when Ralph returns to San Francisco, the dagger is stolen from him by Ying Su (Carmel Myers).
