A secret investigation team consisting of five female agents with intelligence members selected through strict training at the International Science Special University. Under the command of their boss Jack, they fight for Japanese peace. They are called the Zero Girls and their code names are all playing cards. Their organization tracks the Dark Syndicate, an evil secret society wrapped in mystery.
Based on Ishinomori Shotaro's 009-1 manga. It is a self-homage work based on the concept of changing all the main characters of Cyborg 009 to women.
