Third installment of the "Gogol" film series, following "Gogol. Viy" (2018). Unraveling his talent to the full, the young writer Nikolai Gogol stands against the unruly evil spirits and tries to catch the mysterious Horseman, who has already slaughtered 11 young girls in the village. However, the people of Dikanka led by local chief of the police, start to suspect Gogol to actually be the Horseman. Can the writer be guilty and pose a terrible threat to his beloved Liza?
