Babak Anvari, the director of �Under the Shadow,� �Wounds,� and �I Came By,� goes minimalist for his latest, �Hallow Road,� which is scripted by William Gillies. The picture mostly takes place during a single panicked car ride, tracking growing concern from the parents of a young woman who�s involved in an accident on a long stretch of forest road.
