The series centers on NBA player-turned-substitute teacher/gym coach Mark Cooper. He is a "somewhat suave" single guy with a zany personality. Mark agrees to move in his with his childhood friend Robin and her best friend Vanessa. Living with women may not be easy at times, but Mark does appreciate them. They often teach him a thing or two when he gets in over his head.
