Three voyeuristic teens become convinced they've captured an elusive serial killer in action after turning their video camera on a neighboring high rise in director Aash Aaron's high-tech thriller. But before long, the kids realize that someone is using closed circuit video cameras to track their every move. As the watchers become the watched, they realize their only hope for survival is to turn the tables on their sadistic stalker.
