Some consider 1996�s �The Island of Dr. Moreau� to be one of the worst movies of all time. I wouldn�t go that far, but clearly something was amiss during principal photography, with stars Marlon Brando and Val Kilmer off making their own film, while director John Frankenheimer bursts a few blood vessels trying to hold it all together, failing to make much sense out of the narrative puzzle.
