Detectives Jake Doyle and Mary Kelly seek the help of an incarcerated serial killer named The Artist when a copycat killer strikes. Screenwriter Reggie Keyohara III clearly enjoyed 1991�s �The Silence of the Lambs� so much, he decided to create his own version of the tale. However, instead of a cannibalistic madman behind bars helping a young investigator work through a disturbing case, there�s an artist whose specialty is creating disturbing imagery based on violent paintings.
