Gaurav, a wealthy industrialist, falls madly in love with Shweta. Rather than confess his feelings, he becomes her secret wellwisher, supporting her all the way until she becomes a top-rated singer. During this time, he befriends Rohit. Rohit and Shweta fall in love, but when Rohit finds the truth he decides to step out of his friend�s way. Rohit then fakes his own death. Shweta although gives her consent to marry Gaurav, she is still in love with Rohit. Now Gaurav will do anything to help them get together before it is too late.
