Movies like �Moonlight� are rare. While the picture investigates a multitude of behavioral issues and cultural crimes, it�s most interested in identity, displaying remarkable patience and understanding of the process of self-discovery, which often elicits more fear than satisfaction. �Moonlight� is a film about the Black Experience in America, but the war it wages with personal comfort and corruption is universal, and its depiction of this struggle is exceptional.
