Cattle rustlers are terrorizing the territory, and U.S. Marshall Reb Russell is called in to find out who's behind the operation. When his investigation leads to the local sheriff, Reb passes himself off as a trigger-happy outlaw and gets himself hired by the cattle thieves. Posing as a rustler, he plans to gather the evidence that will bust the gang wide open
