Tokyo has become a hotbed of terrorist plots that threaten to rock the very foundation of Japan�s political system. Inoue�s parents were killed in a terrorist attack. This experience elicts an extraordinary perception on Inoue. Ogata who is the chief of SP force recognizes Inoue�s talent and hand-picks him to join the SP team. Gradually, Inoue begins to harbor feelings of doubt and confusion, and finally confronts Ogata. Meanwhile, the team has a new mission and soon become the target of the terrorist.
