Two months later, the SP 4th Unit members have recovered from their wounds of that embattled night. Inoue has returned to his duty as security police. But Inoue, who harbors deep suspicions toward his boss, Ogata. Meanwhile, the police force starts to investigate Ogata due to his unusual relationship with those high officials. At the same time, Inoue is assigned by Ogata to be the security escort in the parliament. In the voting date, a bullet suddenly breaks the silence in the parliament.
