Director Denis Villeneuve generally makes one type of movie. With �Prisoners,� �Enemy,� and �Incendies,� the helmer has displayed a fascination with the darkness of human behavior, exploring cruelties and lies with surgical precision, but also maintaining his distance from drama, which doesn�t always result in the most engrossing storytelling. �Sicario� doesn�t alter his modus operandi, with the director once again reaching into the void to observe the death of spirit.
