A teenage girl drowns in cheap sex and dangerous drugs while stumbling down The Hard Road! After giving up her baby for adoption, 17-year-old Pam realizes "she can never be a kid again," so embarks on a career as a Hollywood tramp. She also climbs a billboard while high on grass, hooks up with hippies, shacks up with a junkie named Jimmy, and gets "a serious communicable disease." But when Jimmy is busted and freaks out in jail, Pam drops acid and makes like an airplane in the middle of the highway.
