Boris wakes up in jail. Three days ago, it seems, he ran over a pedestrian.
But even in the interrogation room, Boris cannot remember the accident or the events
leading up to it. How did this happen? Whom did he run over? When his wife comes to
visit, the puzzle pieces begin to fall into place. She explains that he is being punished for a
completely diff erent crime� and his punishment is much worse than imprisonment.
