Nerdy janitor Melvin is exposed to toxic waste turning him into a monster of superhuman size and strength called the Toxic Avenger, or Toxie for short. With the help of other mutant heroes NoZone, Junkyard, Headbanger, Major Disaster and his girlfriend Yvonne, Toxie will thwart the evil Dr. Killemoff from polluting their hometown, Tromaville.
