Carlos has a great execution power and leadership abilities. He is very punctual when doing track of all businesses areas requirements and he is always alert if something wrong may arise. He is always one step ahead when there is a problem in the business and he likes to be in constant renewal of the programs he manages.
Carlos is in charge of several projects and this might be the reason why sometimes he loses focus in the initiatives and planed objectives and makes it impossible to cover and manage all areas at the same time.
