The text to correct from user snv-sh

Hello. I made a nice reminder program, and I think that it can be useful for many people. But, because english is not my native language, I need the correction of the program description. Please check its desription below:
Quick User Guide:
1. System Requirements
This program works under Windows 98SE/Me/2000/XP/Vista/7. To use all features, the program requires:
800x600 (minimum) high color display
available serial COM port (s)
microphone
PCMCIA / external modem connected to the COM port
Requirements also include Adobe Flash Plug-in (version 5. 0 or above) and MS Internet Explorer (version 5. 0 or above). To surely run SNV Timer on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7, you need to run it as an administrator.
2. Overview
SNV Timer combines an analog alarm clock and a countdown timer that can run a lot of tasks at specified times (which could be daily, the different days of the week, weekly, monthly, yearly) or at regular intervals (which could be seconds, minutes, hours, days). You can easily set a trigger time and a regular interval by turning the minute/hour hand on the clock face. These values can also be set in the settings windows, or with keyboard.
3. Tasks
The scheduled tasks are specified in the settings windows that can be opened by clicking the corresponding Advanced button. SNV Timer includes seven alarm/timer tasks – it can show a custom message, play an audio file, show a picture/video file, open a file/application/folder/Web page (URL), execute a COM port command, a modem command, and a power control command.
1. Showing a Custom Message
You can select a usual message box (in the center of the screen) or compact one (at the bottom right of the screen). The length of the message text must be less than or equal to 350 characters. In the View window you can set the background picture, color, font, border, size, shape, fading in/out, symbol-by-symbol printing and other properties of the message box. An additional feature of the SNV Timer messages is that their text can be picked up from external text files - it may be collections of proverbs, jokes, quotations etc.
For advanced users:
To create a text file with a collection of text strings, you must use the following rules:
The text file must be in plain text (. TXT) format
The word [Random] must be inserted into the beginning of the text file
Each line of the text file must contain one complete sentence without line feeds
Example: [Random] Many hands make light work. Fine feathers do not make fine birds.
In addition, the SNV Timer messages can be shown by using the Windows command line. It allows other applications (for example, such as Windows Task Scheduler) to show the custom message boxes. The syntax for the Windows command line is:
path_to_SNV_Timer_folder\snvtimer. exe [/copyinstance_number] /msgbox: [message_text].
Examples: “C: \Program Files\SNVTimer\snvtimer. exe” /msgbox: Hello! C: \SNVTimer\snvtimer. exe /copy1 /msgbox: Have fun!
2. Playing an Audio File
You can select MP3, WAV, MID, WMA files. If you select a folder with audio files, they will be randomly picked up from the folder. The selected folder can include three levels of subfolders with audio files. In addition, you can record your own voice messages with the included voice recorder (your computer must be equipped with a microphone, and the microphone must be selected as the input device).
3. Showing a Picture / Video File
You can select JPG, BMP, GIF, WMF, AVI, MPEG, WMV files (note that the appropriate codecs must be installed on your computer). If you select a folder with pictures/video files, they will be randomly picked up from the folder. The selected folder can include three levels of subfolders with pictures/video files. The picked up picture/video file is displayed in full-screen mode.
4. Opening a File / Application / Folder / Web Page (URL)
If you select an application, its start folder must match the folder where its executable file (i. e. the file with the. EXE, . COM, or. BAT extension) is located. Other files are opened with their associated application (for example, the command http: //www. microsoft. com runs the default web browser and opens the web site www. microsoft. com). The files with unregistered extensions are not opened.
5. COM Port Command
This is the specific command that is sent to the selected COM port to control external electronic devices connected to your computer. For example, it may be an air conditioner, a home ventilator etc.
6. Modem Command
You can specify a phone number or an AT command. The AT command is the specific command that is sent to an external / PCMCIA modem connected to the serial COM port. For example, the AT command atdt 765-4123 automatically dials up the phone number 765-4123.
7. Power Control Command
You can use four commands: Turn Off, Restart, Log Off, Screen Saver. A confirmation message can be displayed before the power control command is executed.
All the above named tasks can be set in any combination. If all the tasks are set simultaneously, they run in the order 2, 5, 4, 3, 6, 1, 7.
You can select the Run missed tasks check box to automatically run the missed tasks at SNV Timer / Windows startup.
4. Additional Features
SNV Timer includes the simple Calendar and Notepad applications.
Calendar
With this monthly calendar you can copy a selected date to the Clipboard, calculate the difference between a current date and another date. You can simultaneously run any number of instances of Calendar.
