Some of you may never have met my mum, but she's recovering from Lung and bowel cancer and we lost my dad 2 years ago to Leukemia - and other members of the family have been affected by this terrible disease. I hope none of you or anyone you know ever has to suffer from it, so let's help raise some money to find a cure. My mum is running (Well, ok - probably walking :P ) the 2011 Race for Life in Poole, so it would help if you could either copy the following link and/or donate some money :) Please link this donation page on your facebook (And anywhere else you can) http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/christinebalderson2205 Cheers, DaN
Not finished, but: http://danstudios.daportfolio.com/ Enjoy. Comments and opinions please :)
So I've been reacquainting myself with my dad's old 35mm SLR. (a RICOH KR-10 apparently) It's taken a bit to get used to, manually focusing, aperture, etc etc But I think I'm more or less used to using it again now. Got the photos back yesterday, and they aren't too bad :) Some are slightly under-exposed, and I'll have to experiment more, but overall not too shabby - and it's kind of nice to actually have the old physical glossy photo prints. They are a bit of a pain to scan, but I'll edit them later tonight and upload some - probably only half of them are good enough to go on, but we'll see :)
