I admit I've deliberately put deviantArt a bit aside lately because I was both worried to see more techbros than artists around, therefore I was worried to expose my art too much towards AI. At the same time, I wanted to see the art community's reaction to the whole matter, expecting somehow another exodus towards major platforms as already happened on Furaffinity, since socials are often preferred to art platforms nowadays. Well, I was wrong four times, because: 1) "Husky Musky" keeps destroying Twitter, increasing bots and the amount of Techbros is insane there too, 2) Instagram recently implemented shady AI stuff. Even though EU citizens (luckily, I am) can opt out, US people seem to have no possibilities. This led to the rise of a new platform called Cara which I strongly recommend because it's completely AI-Free. 3) My stuff has been used to train some model anyway, probably taken from socials or shared around. 4) Many artists seem to keep posting here and it doesn't seem
I realized I had to enable the NoAI thing on EACH one of the deviations I've put. It's easier for me to delete everything and repost them one by one. A new start I guess... but I'm not going to leave my stuff at the mercy of AI for sure.
