'Sharing Scars, Weaving the Bond' n'est pas seulement un dessin ; c'est la manifestation de quelque chose qui vivait en moi, attendant impatiemment le moment de prendre forme. La création de cette œuvre a été un processus remarquablement simple de huit heures, bien différent de mes dernières œuvres. Elle s'est déployée comme guidée par une main invisible, un témoignage du lien harmonieux entre l'inspiration et la création.

Dans la douce lueur de deux bougies vacillantes, une connexion profonde se dévoile dans la paume de la main d'Erel'Vrae. La rôdeuse Drow, portant les cicatrices tangibles de son passé tumultueux, tend la main, symbole de confiance et de vulnérabilité. Nichée dans l'étreinte de celle de Gale, c'est un moment poignant où deux âmes se rejoignent dans un but commun.

Leur voyage à travers Toril se reflète dans les livres qui les entourent, chacun étant un témoignage de leurs quêtes et de leurs découvertes magiques. Ces livres sont bien plus que de l'encre et du papier ; ce sont des portails vers le vaste monde de Baldur's Gate 3.

Tandis que les cicatrices d'Erel racontent l'histoire de son passé et de sa résilience, le soutien et l'accompagnement de Gale transparaissent dans son geste, lui offrant la sagesse de la magie. Ce plan rapproché capture une étape significative dans leur chemin commun, où passé et présent se fondent en une connexion intemporelle, un lien indéfectible.

The creation of this artwork was a remarkably straightforward eight-hour process, quite distinct from my recent works. It unfolded as if guided by an invisible hand, a testament to the harmonious bond between inspiration and creation.

In the soft glow of two flickering candles, a profound connection unfolds in the palm of Erel'Vrae's hand. The Drow ranger, bearing the tangible scars of her tumultuous past, reaches out, a symbol of trust and vulnerability. Cradled within Gale's grasp, it's a poignant moment of two souls uniting in shared purpose.

Their journey through Toril is reflected by the books that surround them, each one a testament to their quests and magical discoveries. These books are more than mere ink and paper; they are gateways to the vast world of Baldur's Gate 3.

As Erel's scars tell the story of her past and her resilience, Gale's guidance and support shine through in his gesture, offering her the wisdom of magic. This close-up captures a significant milestone in their shared path, where past and present meld into a timeless connection, an unbreakable bond.
