'Sharing Scars, Weaving the Bond' n'est pas seulement un dessin ; c'est la manifestation de quelque chose qui vit en moi, attendant impatiemment le moment de prendre forme.

Née d'une étincelle inattendue d'inspiration alors que je cherchais le nom de la danse écossaise 'Strip the Willow', ce dessin m'a appelée à lui donner vie. J'ai commencé à travailler sur le Line art alors que je colorisais encore 'New Horizons,' et il n'a été réalisé qu'en une poignée de minutes. Ce qui m'a frappée, c'est à quel point les lignes coulaient sans effort sur ma surface pro, comme si elles attendaient simplement leur chance pour émerger.

Pour moi, cette expérience de créativité est profondément liée à ma perspective neuro-atypique. C'est comme une danse complexe où mon subconscient prend les devants, guidant mes mains et façonnant la narration. C'est semblable à l'écriture d'une scène entre deux personnages pendant laquelle j'ai le sentiment que je ne la crée pas, mais bien que je découvre quelque chose qui a toujours existé, attendant impatiemment d'être dévoilé, comme si les personnages prenaient vie.

'Sharing Scars, Weaving the Bond' is not just a drawing; it's the manifestation of something that lives within me, eagerly awaiting the moment to take shape.

Born from an unexpected spark of inspiration while I was searching for the name of the Scottish dance 'Strip the Willow,' this drawing called out to me to bring it to life. I began working on the line art while still in the process of coloring 'New Horizons,' and it came to fruition in just a handful of minutes. What struck me was how effortlessly the lines flowed onto my Surface Pro, as if they were simply waiting for their chance to emerge.

For me, this experience of creativity is deeply intertwined with my neurodivergent perspective. It's like an intricate dance where my subconscious takes the lead, guiding my hands and shaping the narrative. It's akin to writing a scene between two characters during which I feel that I'm not creating it, but rather discovering something that has always existed, eagerly waiting to be unveiled, as if the characters come to life.
