I saw your post in the Forum and just want to make sure you see a doctor. I know a quite bit about this issue. The regular monthly pain can come from many reasons like: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/endometriosis/symptoms-causes/syc-20354656 or other reasons like hormones. Make sure you get checked from head to toe. Not all doctors take women's issues seriously or just don't have the training and know what to do.
So if the next doctor doesn't help, see another. It's treatable no matter what. Some do a special diet, some take hormones, get belly massages or need removal of the diseased material.
(Some also say to remove the uterus, but that doesn't help most women, they just don't have any better ideas).
You can delete this, but I just want to make sure you get help. This is awful, noone should think this is normal and deal with that amount of pain.
Ah, thank you! I did forget to mention one thing on the forum. I actually did go to the hospital once for abdominal pain and thought it could be my appendix ready to burst but it ended up being a burst ovarian cyst instead that had gotten a bit infected. I'll definitely try talking to my new doctor about it! The doctor finder program allows you to choose the preferred gender of the doctor you want and I've put in a request for a female one.
I'm actually going to be talking about permanent birth control methods as well with her so maybe we can find a solution that goes hand-in-hand.
just remember that heavy period pain is not normal.
Of course!
Tysm dor the watch! Ur awsome!
