To submit to the Group, you have to press the 'Submit' button on the top right. Select your art(s) you want to submit, and choose the gallery you want to submit by the pull-down menu on the top-left.

As you may or may not be aware, DeviantArt has changed the layout for groups, and I personally hate it. The old layout was much better and had more features. This new layout looks just like individual deviants' accounts, and it does not have much features at all. They took away the gallery directory, deleted the favorites and the old journal layout. I think this is totally bogus. :(
