Never mind. I already found it. Also, if you don't mind, this is my preferred voice for Lillie.

I'm personally not a fan of the voice, but I'm a people pleaser, so maybe I'll change it to that actress the next time I have her appear.

Yeah @ThePkmnYPerson I also had inspiration on my main influences of Tex Avery, Chuck Jones, Jay Ward, Genndy Tartakovsky, Craig McCracken, Paul Rudish, Rob Renzetti, Chris Reccardi, Bill Wray, Maxwell Atoms, Vincent Waller, Dave Feiss, C.H. Greenblatt and let's oh yeah and also Mugiel Puga and Kyle Marshall, Jessica Borutski, Isaiah Kim and Jordan Rostato along with Ben Edlund of The Tick and Bakshi's Mighty Mouse the New Adventures.. I also do have a bit of inspiration from Walt Disney a tad bit too.
