LiteratureBella vs Bobbi - Opening MovesBella vs Bobbi Opening moves The war between Bella and Bobbi Cochrane had lasted nearly ten years. At least, they called it a war, but it was more of a contest. Pranks of varying severity, elaborate and embarrassing tricks and set-ups, occasional face-to-face confrontations, their rivalry had taken many forms over the years. As had they. For Bella and Bobbi were shapeshifters. Despite sharing the same surname, they weren’t related. And despite being able to alter their appearance any number of ways, their original forms looked very similar. Both were short, enjoyed a curvaceous full figure and had copper red hair. Typically, Bella wore hers long, often in a ponytail or a plait, while Bobbi favoured shorter, spikier cuts. Nevertheless, if Bella wasn’t wearing her wire-rimmed glasses it was very easy to mistake one for the other. Perhaps this had been part of the reason the war between them had started. It had been so long ago the exact circumstances of that initial conflict had beenhymek11

LiteratureJulie and the Cursed Ruins, chapter 10The Teo and the Pele were victorious. But it was not a glorious victory. Scores of warriors lay on the field, either dead or wounded, joined by scores of fallen Exiles, whose only crimes—aside from the actual criminals—were following a madman who wanted power. They would sing of this victory, but only how they stopped the madman from escaping the island and doing possible irreversible damage to the outside world. They would mourn their dead and the dead of the Exiles. They did not deserve this treatment, after all the suffering they had to go through. Perhaps the Gods would show them the kindness they didn’t get in life anJulie and the Cursed Ruins
LiteratureJulie and the Jungle Girl, chapter 11Kimi was allowed to recover from the shock of killing Leo for the next couple of days. Julie and Kaitan did their best to comfort and try to talk to her about the incident, but she wasn’t in much of a mood to talk. Even Ginger, who, as a wild cat, came and went as she damn well pleased, crept into the treehouse to try and help her feel better. Alas, the cat’s efforts were in vain, and just made Kimi shove her off her lap. The cat didn’t appreciate that, but she was lucky the cat liked her, otherwise she was going to abandon her at the earliest sign of trouble. She sat in Julie’s nice armchair, staring at her knees andJulie and the Jungle Girl
LiteratureJulie and the Monkey Queen, chapter 8Unagi dropped Julie’s knife in front of her and then lifted her up. She was covered in sweat and dirt, although it was better to be covered in that than monkey shit. Julie almost stumbled before getting her footing and standing freely on her own. Her bones felt weak, but Unagi murmured something about how she’ll feel better soon. Once she cleaned her knife off, she made a bee-line for Karza. And luckily for her, the adrenaline kept her standing and she ran over to Karza, lifted him up and helped him to walk. “I hate when I end a day with more questions than answers,” said Julie. “You and me both,” said KJulie and the Monkey Queen
LiteratureJulie and the Monkey Witch, chapter 11Kaitan’s call caught Julie’s attention first by a couple milliseconds before the rest of Manti’s search party. It was a common thingie, and she believed their relationship had something to do with it. In any case, she knew it was him, and that something had happened. So she watched him walk into the village ruins, carrying the person on his shoulder like a firefighter carrying someone out of a burning building. And even though she was too far away to actually see his face, she knew he had a shit-eating grin just by the way he waved, his tone of voice and how he casually strolled on in. She got up and ran up to him, leapingJulie and the Monkey Witch
LiteratureYou Make me SickBy TheOneInRed and Drow Julie Vidic was bored. One might think that being a jungle girl was pretty fun, but that's because they weren't a real jungle girl. Julie Vidic was. And although she'd have a good time every now and then, the 23-year-old wasn't particularly keen about encouraging others to pursue this line of work. The Palo Alto, CA girl tapped her fingers on her knee and looked around the lagoon she was relaxing in on the island she'd relocated to. Her life seemed so much more fulfilling when she fell for a jungle dude by the name of Karza. Yeah, right! Still, the brown-haired young woman didn't have much to complain about, except aJulie of the Jungle
LiteratureJotJ: Paradise Lost, chapter 2Julie stuck around the village for the rest of the afternoon to help prepare everything for the luau. She helped to made some of the straw baskets that were going to be used to hold the food in—apples, berries, grain, meat, etc—and also helped make some of the grass skirts the dancers were going to wear. Kimi’s language lesson went on longer than she expected, which she figured out when Kimi trudged up to her, looking paler than Julie (HI-YO!) and collapsing face-first into the sand. “I take it the language lesson went well?” Julie asked without taking her eyes off the kabobs she skewered. Kimi groaned a ‘Julie of the Jungle- Paradise Lost

LiteratureKaitan the Awesome, chapter 1Kaitan of the Jungle stood atop a mighty tree, surveying the jungle that spread out on all sides around him on Greystoke Island. And the jungle was Kaitan’s domain. Okay, that was a little dramatic and overblown, but it’s true. And it was a nice day. The early-mid-morning sun was beating down on the lush green, providing excellent photosynthesis food for every single plant on the island, which itself is pretty big, approximately the same size as the Big Island of Hawaii. There aren’t very many other islands approximately the size of Greystoke, although that’s because there really AREN’T. (Also, the size of theKaitan the Awesome

After sitting up slowly, the tired woman urged herself out of bed and into her pants. “Another day...” she grumbled as she stumbled out of her bedroom, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. Reaching her bathroom, the woman grabbed her toothpaste and tried to squeeze it out, only to quickly realize the container was completely empty. “Great... Something else I have to buy today.” Wandering into her kitchen, the woman spotted a handful of opened envelops sitting on her counter. “Oh right”LordWolx- Emina and her Boss
LiteratureBlair Out of Proportion Chapter 18Stealth Problems Two streets, that was as far as Blair made it before she began to regret not simply waiting to shrink down inside her bookstore. It turned out the streets were a lot busier than she expected, deceptively so given that they seemed barren of people when she began her enlarged march to save Sebastian. It had been easy enough to stay far away from the light of streetlamps, but the headlights of passing cars were another matter entirely. After turning a corner, Blair had almost been completely enveloped in the bright lights of an approaching car, and only by swiftly throwing her entire thirteen-foot body into a nearby alley did she avoid being spotted. Or at least, she hoped she'd not been spotted. The car passed by the alley a few seconds later with no signs of stopping, so that was a relief. What wasn't a relief though was her accidental collision with a sign that, while up far too high for any normal-sized person to touch without a ladder, was at just the rightLordWolx- Gigantic at 5', 4''

With her unkempt hair and messy clothes, Linda was getting quite a few looks and snickers from her fellow pedestrians as she walked home, a heavy grocery bag in each hand. “I really need to get a car...” she thought, before quickly dismissing the notion when she remembered how little income she earned from her video game review channel. It was enough to get by, especially when combined with her younger sister's job at the pharmacy, but sometimes Linda wished she could have just a little more disposable income at times. “I suppose a bike wouldn't be out of the questiLordWolx- One Step, Two Step
