Synopsis
From Sumatra to Macau the evil of the sinister genius Dr. Wong - Dr. James Wong - laid waste to the Occidental police forces of Hong Kong and mainland China. Wong and his cruel daughter, Tsai Ming, rose to malevolent rule by kidnapping and ransoming the daughters of society's rich and famous.
