Synopsis
Don Acisclo, cacique and mayor of a town, is to receive a visit from an inspector who will audit his management. To prevent his abuses from being discovered, he proposes to entertain the visitor. But, instead of him, Alfredo and his uncle show up, who come to ask for the hand of Don Acisclo's niece, oblivious to the whole affair.
