Synopsis
Hermie (Gary Grimes), Oscy (Jerry Houser) and Benji (Oliver Conant) are three teenage friends spending their summer vacation on a New England island. Hermie is a handsome but very shy boy, Oscy is more feisty and adventurous with the girls, and Benji is.... well, you better get to know him. Their friendship, their pranks, their experiences with the girls are going to have that summer, and one of them will be unforgettable when Dorothy (Jennifer O'Neill), a beautiful woman whose husband has enlisted in the army, arrives on the island... No one will ever forget that summer of '42, the last summer of youth and innocence.
