Synopsis
Biographical drama that chronicles the intense life of British playwright Joe Orton, from his beginnings as a writer to his rise on the London theater scene of the 1960s. Through his relationship with Kenneth Halliwell, a sentimental and creative partner, the film explores the artistic world, sexual freedom and the tensions between talent and emotional dependence.
