Synopsis
Musical short film by Almodóvar, produced by TVE's "La edad de oro" program, which narrates a tragic love story using famous boleros as dialogue.
A husband abandons his wife and children to elope with a femme fatale (Bibi Andersen). To feed her children, the long-suffering mother (Josele Román) scours the streets in search of food or money. In her new life she meets a man (Ángel Alcazar) she can trust again who works painting promotional posters for movie marquees, like the one for the film "What have I done to deserve this?" (1984).
