Synopsis
In Naples, Commissioner Rizzo (Bud Spencer), nicknamed 'Flatfoot' / 'Piedone', maintains a relentless fight against the Mafia and its drug trafficking. When the main capo, Don Pastrone, is murdered, Rizzo suspects that there is a mole in the police and posing as a criminal moves to the East, specifically Bangkok and Hong Kong, to contact the suppliers of narcotics and find out who the traitor is.
