Synopsis
One fine day, the mayor of the town of Rebollar de la Mata creates the Ente Autonómico Serrano. The mayors of the neighboring towns see the idea with good eyes, since as autonomic councilors they will enjoy good salaries, luxurious official cars and all kinds of allowances. To catch up with the main autonomous regions, they even go so far as to introduce their own language: "farfullo". (FILMAFFINITY)
