Synopsis
Sonny Hayes was Formula 1's most promising phenom in the 1990s, until an on-track accident virtually ended his career. Thirty years later he is a nomadic driver for hire who is contacted by his former teammate, Ruben Cervantes, owner of a Formula 1 team on the verge of bankruptcy. Ruben convinces Sonny to return to the premier class of motorsport and have one last chance to save the team. His teammate will be rookie Joshua Pearce, the team's star driver, who is determined to set his own pace.
