Synopsis
In the middle of the post-war period, a chorus girl becomes the mistress of a racketeer in order to help a member of the maquis with whom she has fallen in love. It all begins in the early forties when Paca, a chorus girl who aspires to join the Celia Gámez Company, returns to Madrid after a tour of the provinces. On the train travels Luis, an undocumented young man whom Paca allows to spend the night in the rented room where she lives with her sick father. Paca's relationship with Julio, a remorseless racketeer, offers her economic support, but Luis gives her the tenderness and love that she does not have with Julio. (FILMAFFINITY)
