Synopsis
The young sailor Lai-Chao is involved in a shady diamond smuggling business, as the police find a bag of diamonds in his bag. Attempting to be arrested, he escapes and fights against the criminals who have introduced the jewels in his luggage, also confronting the police to prove his innocence, using all his knowledge of martial arts to help him get out of such a difficult situation.
