Big news for DC - more affordable housing is coming to Fort Totten in Ward 5! We recently joined local officials and project partners at the groundbreaking of One Hawaii, a new 4-story apartment building with all 70 units reserved for residents earning 30-80% of the area median income. DAVIS is ready to get to work on this exciting development that includes a community room, playground, an outdoor terrace, and more! Congratulations to the team, including Wesley Housing and Bonstra l Haresign ARCHITECTS and VIKA Companies, LLC — let’s get to building 💪
