About us
Daxton Hotel is the first hotel by entrepreneur Mark Mitchell. The 151-room hotel delivers a modern lifestyle of luxury by incorporating fine art, wellness, dining and retail. A striking new build on iconic South Old Woodward Ave., Daxton Hotel is home to more than 400 original pieces of art that have been curated from around the world by renowned Saatchi Art. Vibrant colors and textures flood the senses throughout the hotel, which include a chartreuse lobby, rich burgundy guestrooms, and uniquely adorned parlors. Daxton's flagship restaurant, Madam, offers a lively and airy space that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch in the dining room and adjacent bar and lounge. At Daxton, curated walk-in pantries are on each floor where guests can recharge and refuel with complimentary fresh fruit, tea, house-made pastries and a variety of other treats.
